Download the GloCoach App
Search "GloCoach" on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install the app. Log in using your registered work email — the system will send a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification.
💡 Make sure to use the same work email that your HR team registered for the program.

Set Up & Choose Your Interview Language
From the home screen, select your preferred language for the interview. LANCE supports 14 languages including English, Mandarin, Spanish, Malay, Thai, Indonesian, Cantonese, German, French, Russian, Vietnamese, Arabic, Korean, and Portuguese. Your report will be generated in the language you choose. Tap "Start Interview" to begin.
💡 The interview takes approximately 30–45 minutes. You can pause at any time and resume where you left off — no need to start over.

Conduct the Interview with LANCE
LANCE will guide you through a structured conversation about your real work experiences. Share specific examples — what the situation was, what you did, and what the outcome was (the SBI framework: Situation–Behavior–Impact). The more specific and honest your answers, the more accurate and valuable your report will be.
💡 To pause: tap the back arrow in the top left and select "Save Progress." Your session is saved and you can continue later from the same point.

Review the Summary & Edit if Needed
At the end of the interview, LANCE will display a summary of your conversation. Read through it carefully. You can edit or expand any answers directly in the app, or via the email link sent to your inbox if you prefer to review on a computer.
⚠ Once you tap "Submit," your answers are locked and cannot be changed. Review carefully before submitting.

Submit & Receive Your Report
When satisfied, tap "Submit." Once all interviews for a talent are complete — the talent's own interview plus all sponsor interviews — the AI automatically generates the full OBA report. The talent receives the report via the app and can download a completion certificate.
💡 Reports are typically generated within 48 hours of all interviews being submitted. Contact your HR lead if there is a delay.

🔒 Data Privacy & Protection

GloCoach complies with GDPR and is certified under ISO9001. Personal data is used only to provide GloCoach services. Sponsor interview responses are anonymized in reports — your name is never attached to the feedback. Aggregated data may be used for platform analytics, but individual identities are always protected.

👁 Who Sees the Report

Sponsors: Only you can see your own interview. It is used anonymously as one of the inputs to the OBA report.

Talents: Your OBA report is shared with you and your HR representative. Your direct manager may also have access, in accordance with your firm's data privacy policy. Check with HR if unsure.

⏱ Interview Time Commitment

Talent (PD interview): Approximately 30–45 minutes. Can be completed in multiple shorter sessions — your progress is always saved.

Sponsor (TBM interview): Approximately 15–25 minutes per Talent. Allow 10 minutes beforehand to recall specific examples of the Talent's work behaviors.

Tap the back arrow (top left) → select "Save Progress." Your session is fully saved. Reopen the app anytime to continue from exactly where you left off.

✏️ Want to edit after submitting?

Once you tap "Submit," edits are not possible — the AI immediately begins processing your data. Review the full summary carefully before you submit.

🔁 Want to restart from scratch?

Tap the back arrow → select "Discard." This clears all your current progress. You can then restart the interview from the beginning. This action cannot be undone.

⏳ When will my report arrive?

Your report is generated once all interviews are complete — both your own and all your sponsors' interviews. Expect your OBA report within 48 hours of the final interview submission.

📧 Prefer editing on a computer?

After your interview, the system sends an email link so you can review and edit the summary on a desktop browser before submitting — useful for longer or more detailed responses.

Is LANCE a real person or an AI?
LANCE is GloCoach's AI consultant — not a human. The AI processes the interview data to generate consistent, objective leadership competency profiles.
How is OBA different from personality tests or surveys?
Traditional assessments rely on self-reported opinions and can be heavily influenced by the individual's own perceptions or desire to present themselves favorably. OBA uses actual behavioral interviews grounded in real work situations — focusing on what people actually do, not what they think they do. Combined with 360-degree sponsor feedback and AI analysis, OBA generates 25 million possible combinations of 3 strengths and 3 growth areas — making each profile truly personalized.

Interview Operations

TalentWhat do I need to prepare for the interview?
No special preparation is required. The interview is based entirely on your real work experience. We suggest finding a quiet space with 30–45 uninterrupted minutes. LANCE will guide you with questions — just respond with specific, real examples from your work. The more concrete your answers, the more precise and valuable your report will be.
SponsorWhat should I prepare before my sponsor interview?
Allow about 10 minutes before starting to recall 2–3 specific situations where you observed the Talent at work — both strengths and areas for improvement. Focus on behaviors you have directly witnessed (what they said or did, and what the impact was). Your responses are anonymized in the final report, so be honest and specific. Each Sponsor TBM interview takes approximately 15–25 minutes per Talent.
Do I need to fill out any forms or surveys?
No. The entire OBA process is interview-based — no forms, no surveys, no ratings to fill in. Simply download the GloCoach app, log in with your work email, receive the OTP, and start your conversation with LANCE directly from the app.
What if I need to stop mid-interview? Do I need to start over?
No. Tap the back arrow in the top left corner and select "Save Progress." Your session is saved exactly as-is. The next time you open the app, you can resume from the same point. If you want to completely restart (discard all progress), tap the back arrow and choose "Discard" — but note this cannot be undone.
Can I edit my answers after the interview ends?
Yes — before you submit. After the interview, LANCE shows you a summary of your responses. You can edit and expand any answers directly in the app, or via the email link to review on a computer. Once you tap "Submit," no further edits are possible as the AI immediately begins generating your report. Review carefully before submitting.

Reports & Privacy

Who can see my interview and report?
If you are a Sponsor: Only you can see your own interview. It is used anonymously — without your name — as one of multiple inputs in the Talent's OBA report.

If you are a Talent: Your OBA report is shared with you and your HR representative. Your direct manager may also have access, subject to your company's data privacy policies. If you are unsure who can see your report, ask your HR coordinator before the program begins.
How is my data protected?
GloCoach complies with GDPR and is certified under ISO9001 and other relevant data protection standards. Your personal data is used only to provide GloCoach services. It is protected with industry-standard security measures and is never shared with third parties without your consent, except as required for service delivery or by law. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for platform analytics, but your individual identity is always fully protected.
When will I receive my report?
Your OBA report is generated automatically once all required interviews are complete — your own Talent interview and all assigned Sponsor interviews. Reports are typically delivered within 48 hours of the final interview submission. You will receive it via the GloCoach app and can also download a completion certificate.
